Beginner AcroYoga Workshop
Come join us for a fun and beginner-friendly Partner Acro class! Whether you’re brand new to acro or just want to brush up on your basics, this class is the perfect place to start. We’ll guide you through basic poses, partner warmups, and simple flows. You’ll learn how to balance, fly, and build trust with your partner in a safe and supportive environment. No experience needed - just bring a partner, and open mind, and get ready to have some fun!

L Base Dance Flow Workshop
Join us for an AcroYoga workshop where we’ll introduce you to L-Basing Dance Flow - our unique style that brings movement to life!
This class is all about exploring movement in a new way. Mixing the structure of L-base acro with the creativity and fluidity of dance.
This class is designed for experienced AcroYogis, You should feel comfortable in foundational poses (Bird, Whale, Chair) and basic transitions. In this class, we’ll dive deeper and work with musicality and creative flow to challenge your body and expand your movement vocabulary. No prior dance experience is required, but you’ll need to bring body awareness and a willingness to explore!
You’ll walk away from this class with fresh transitions, a stronger sense of timing and grace, and a post-workshop creativity boost.
BYOP - Bring Your Own Partner

Beginner Workshop
This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to help you explore the fundamentals of AcroYoga in a safe, supportive, and lighthearted environment. Together, we’ll guide you through basic poses, partner warmups, and simple transitions that build trust, connection, and a sense of play.
Whether you're coming with your best friend, your partner, or someone you're just getting to know, this experience is all about moving together, having fun, and learning how to support and be supported - both on and off the mat. No experience is required, and all bodies are welcome.
The Foundations of AcroYoga
We created The Beginner Acro Journal to help introduce and guide you through the foundations of AcroYoga, from the comfort of your own home.
What to expect: You’ll learn foundational poses, counterbalances, a flow sequence to transition between each pose, and a training session with us to help level up your AcroYoga practice.
We created this course to support anyone who’s looking to learn, connect with a loved one, and challenge themselves in a fun and creative way. AcroYoga has changed both of our lives, and we want to share that love with anyone who's curious to begin.
